Finally, a good post-entry pass. It's incredibly frustrating watching China fail to even threaten to utilize their best weapon.

Jesus christ these guards are crap. All they have to do is space the court and give yao the ball at the right spot. You'd think they have experience throwing the entry pass after all thsi time training...

A very uncomfortable 2 point lead at the half. I don't think it's that good of a thing that Yao is the one carrying China right now, since he may well wear down in the second half.

Yao almost has a perfect game.

China on the other hand can't seem to hold onto leads, jeez come on.

What the hell is up with the Chinese players... They're so mentally weak. They had a huge lead and they just **** it away because of bad mistakes. It's not even forced mistakes. They're just sloppy with the ball and they suck at D. At least have all 5 bodies boxing out and rebounding...

    yao 6-7 FG

he pretty much kept china alive in the last half the of 2nd quarter.

Other players are gonna have to step up in the second half.

Someone seriously needs to teach these players basic basketball skills like dribbling. Look at wang shi peng... that guy is so awkward every time he puts the ball on the floor. It's like a turnover waiting to happen!

China should really get JVG to coach them, feed the ball straight to Yao; draw the double team; and pass it out for a three. Instead of all these guards running around the perimeter making no attempts to drive or feed the ball the one of the most dominant centers in basketball right now..

It really isn't that hard to avoid turnovers, give the ball to someone in the post and get the hell out of the way.

Why are they even running these stupid plays for 14 seconds only to end up with a post entry pass? Because the guards suck too much to get in position without picks... Thats right... they suck too much to get in passing position without picks.

Is "Wang Shi Peng" the Chinese translation for "Luther Head"?

They call him "Kobe Wang" in China because he is a huge ballhog...

Its like the only thing these chinese players can do is ball hog and try to score. They tried the american formula of getting the best scorers from every team and then making it an all star team. There are no role players at all.
