Thats what im thinking Last I heard way back in this old news, he didnt (reportedly) exercise that option (at the time) And though it can make her look confident, can make her look hopeless too like nothings on here control so shes conceding defeat
What this really means is he has once a year which he can get caught. It's like speeding or running a red light. You do it over and over and over again, but it's not until you get caught til you have to take defensive driving and be on your best behavior for 6 months. That's all this is, defensive marriage.
