That's a good point. He did get back on the field without a contract. That says a lot. His contract, on a per year basis, put him around Fitzgeralds range...maybe a little more, maybe a litle less. There are so many variables that go into these who knows how it works out at the end of the day. But overall, the extention added 13 mill guaranteed and 2 years. The other terms did not change. That's still a reasonable deal for the best WR in the NFL.
