Rice is arguably the best to ever play the game, and his work-ethic was 2nd to none. Dude was still putting up 1000 yard seasons in Oakland in the twilight of his career. I grew up a huge Raiders fan and all... but I always loved Jerry Rice, because he was simply the best.
I've watch Jerry Rice play over the course of his career and there was nobody that could consistently stop him. Deion Sanders, at his prime, couldn't even do it. In my opinion, he is the greatest player of all time.
Chris Carter isn't in the HOF. Tim Brown isn't in the HOF. Both will get in eventually(at least one would hope), but the HOF likes to smack WRs in the face.
Not even close. Randy Moss may be the leader in all receiver stats when it is all said and done and is a winner.
