Yes, but our organization doesnt make moves just to make moves. They pay very special attention to fit. Thats why they never seem to go after people we think they should go after, because they understand who fits more than 99% of the fans do. Take Lee/Miller for instance. After 10 games or so both look like they fit right in.
I really and truly beleive that the way the team has been playing of late, the addition of Iguodala is all that they need to get over that hump. I'm talkin multiple win streaks to get us back in the playoffs and one of the top seeding positions. Yes, even title contention. If we would have had Iguodala before the season started, we would be the top team in the league now instead of one of the bottom dwellers. Do any of you doubt that?
Tic Tock Tic Tock Iggy sure looks like a goner tonight. 1 for 7 and you can see the resignation in his body language. I feel sorry for that cat.
Probably not... but 14 pts 11 assists 5 rebound 2 steal and 1 turnover isn't a bad statline... This brings up a good question.... could they create a statistic like CFGA (clutch field goals attempted) and CFGM (clutch field goals made) where a clutch field goal attempt is one within the final lets say a minute or so where your team is within 3 points of the other team (plus or minus)...
Not sure where the "Iggy is not a go to player" comments come from... He's got plenty of game winners in his career. Last night he had 2 potential game winners.. too bad his team choked it away defensively. Why would you SWITCH on a pick n roll with Rondo and Garnett? I dont get it...
