This is the sort of mind boggling brilliance we've all come to expect! Keep it up.

Yeah once your top 3 guy in league goes down, it'll be it'll be a Nate Burleson, Early Doucet okay but not the same replacement.

On the W-L record, by my count here, the Texans record last year was better with Andre in the lineup than without.
    5-2 with Andre
    5-4 without

Including losing to the 1-13 Colts, within a 3 game losing streak to end the year (Andre did play last game). Every game counts in the NFL. Even if its wild card vs 1st round bye effect, you'll take it.

Do agree they can absorb his loss better. Maybe this time can have Schaub in there instead of TJ Yates to offset potential Andre DNPs even more. Thats what you want out of good teams. You'd rather faint hopes of a wild card run to Super Bowl rather than total Colts type collapse.

Fair point - I should have qualified it: record without AJ but with Schaub. I'm not going to judge their W-L record with Yates under center.

With Schaub, they went 4-2 and scored 14, 20, 41, 24, 30 and 37 points (IIRC) in their 6 games.

Don't you remember last year? When Kubiak closed up shop after losing Foster, Johnson and finally Schaub for extended stretches and the team tanked? There he was, losing a second round playoff game and blaming it all on injuries, like the losing loser that he is. Loser.

Please call up Plax. Tall WR with good hands. Can only be an asset to Schaub.

    I was kidding.

But, I suspect there are a lot who will never be convinced Kubiak is a good coach.

I'm worried that he is going to be prone to this stuff going forward.
