    Count tennis star Andre Agassi among the legions of fans who admire Chinese 2.26-metre-tall basketball star Yao Ming, who plays for the Houston Rockets.

    'I always root for Yao,' said Las Vegan Agassi, who is in Houston this week for the Association of Tennis Professionals Masters Cup.

    'Watching him is always a treat. I watch the Rockets whenever I get the chance. It's great watching him in the NBA. He makes a lot of other people look short.

    'He has brought a lot more interest to basketball. I like anybody who has that sort of impact on a game.'

    He then made Yao a rare offer. 'He can sit in my box,' Agassi said.

    i hope yao takes up this offer, i have a series ticket to the match and i definetly wanna see yao attend an agassi match.
    but i would feel sorry for the people behind him :D

    BTW I was thinking of adding a dirty-sounding joke about that "sit in my box" line but decided against it. Glad others did, too. ;)

    I remember that I read some articles mentioning that Sampras' wife was a playboy star, or some similar job. Am I correct? :confused:

    is it me, or does agassi look REALLY fruity in that picture???

    the metallic purple shirt does not help at all

    ooh that reminds me, i was watching him practice this year at the U.S. mens Clay Court Championship, and everytime he would miss an fairly easy shot, he would yell out "F*CK, you stupid fruitcake" so i guess he accepts he is one too.........:D

    Is it just me or does Yao look uptight on that picture, and any other pictures. He looks like a statue in almost all his pictures. Yao should be more loose on his pictures. its just a picture. Relax Yao!!

    His wife is ridiculously hot. Sampras' wife is hot too, but Rafter's wife isn't an actress or anything, but I could be wrong.
