Right ,but Ziggy made it seem like he was the second coming of Allen Iverson or something. 18-20pts doesn't sound like a league leader by any stretch.

That's just terrible.... the kid was playing well for a little bit... he may have ruined it with this incident.

Well then, how does your "30 and 15" look now? The dude didn't even last 1 season as a solid prospect and he's putting unnecessary drama back into the wizard's lives again.

According to Blatche he never said anything like that, however Flip Saunders never really struck me as a type of coach who would make up stuff like this, he even started Blatche during their next game.

To be fair, don't forget to quote the other key part of that article for context:

So, he didn't say he didn't want to play. He just didn't kiss up to his coach to get back into the game. Sure, he's still a knucklehead player, but it sounds like he's playing for a knucklehead coach too.

I don't want to deal with his b****ing, besides, we wouldn't have gotten martin or the draft picks if we traded for him

a coach wanting to talk to a play what needs to be changed in his game isn't a knucklehead or asking to be kissed up

They played well for the first 5 games after the trade then went on a 12 game losing streak. Then HE decided he didn't want to listen to the coach and play some defense. So he boycotted in the middle of the game. Sorry, he is not Rocket material. Don't let just the numbers impress you. He has been in the league going on 5 years and is just now showing something on a depleted team where he gets most of the offense ran through him. Man you guys are so easily swayed by ppg and reb over a very small sampling of games.

He might be doing good, but his team is not 13 game losing streak! :)
