Wow I was joking earlier about reuniting the 2007-2008 UofA squad................ Man this would make my life complete and full of irony
this trade would be just EPIC.. I dunno why Portland should do this.. If Pritchard goes ahead and does this.. he will become the next <img src="http://www.newyorkemploymentlawyerblog.com/p1_thomas.jpg">
This is just like the other topic where OP claimed we were close to getting Butler. That OP also heard it from someone 'close' to the Rockets.
Clearly, fans here overrate Bayless. He isn't a good pg. Only averaging 2.3 ast. And he is not a good shooter either, 41.7% fg, 27.3% 3p.
I'd be stunned if this happened, but I've been thinking that management really doesn't see Will Conroy as any kind of 3rd point guard solution going forward. This would certainly confirm it and we need a third point, if we have room for one. Bayless has some talent.
He's still raw but definitely has some talent. He's not a point guard or a shooting guard but he can play. Clearly, anything looks good in comparison to David Andersen though.
You know what is weird? I predicted this move over a month ago. I also feel a draft day trade in the works. We could trade Hill for Alabi assuming he goes before us and Monroe was still available. Alabi is like a faster and more length applied to Dalembert type center, but Monroe is a very good skilled PF like the 'bumbed knee' version of Webber.
Wow that's closer than I thought. Rockets trade a big who can't rebound for a guard who can't pass. and neither can shoot. Still, Bayless' potential is much greater than Andersen's
