    He's been on the team a long time. There are no suitable alternatives. They'll give Shane the benefit of the doubt when determining starting lineups, an NBA veteran, rather than a young rookie.

    Loyalty to a player that has been on the core of a team for a good amount of time has nothing to do with 'intangibles'.

    Is loyalty for time spent on a team tangible or intangible?

    It's not a trait of the player. Can't be classified as tangible or intangible. Intangible would be something like work ethic, or strong self-esteem.

    So if something is not tangible or intangible, then how do you describe its tangibility?
