It's just ridiculous when 03-04 was used as a start point. Kobe had many clutch performance before that. IMO, when you have a good team and your teammates are a threat, you are more likely to get single coverage and the chance to make the shot is better. Kobe made a lot of winning shots between 00-04, why start from 03-04?

When trying to assess a player's ability in the present, what he did several years in the past has less value. Skills change, bodies change, mentalities change. And in any case, the Lakers were a championship-caliber team the last two seasons. How did Kobe shoot on potential winning shots in those games?
