Was he injured during the preseason? The guy can jump through the roof - didn't notice that earlier.

He had major surgery his junior year at Purdue. He was still recovering his senior year. I think with better training and conditioning, he is getting close to his prime physically.

Matt Bullard said his been working on his 3 pointers, OMG if he gets any good he will be unstoppable, not only he can complement Yao as a PF but he can be use as a SF too because he is quick and he already have a mid range jump shoot.

Daryl Morey you are a good, Landry, Brooks, Scola, you just secure Houston future for a lot of years.

Not injured, the guy has hops. RA would be a fool not to try to work him into the rotation after tonight. If I was RA I would want to know if he can play like he did tonight against a better team.

Got to cut Hayes minutes, cause as good as Landry looked, Scola looked awesome too, not only on scoring and rebounding, but on passing.

let me say this as truth:

Chuck Hayes is entrenched as the starting 4

    Scola is the backup

Landry will have to find minutes in games like this

maybe just maybe Adelman will give Landry spot minutes against better teams just to see how he responds...then we'll see

so many knee jerk responses from one game against, yep another CRAPPY TEAM...

Yeah Scola got it done tonight below the rim while Landry did it above the rim. It amazes how Scola gets of these crazy shots at these funky angles while seemingly moving in slow motion.

Hayes only has that nasty hook shot ,positions himself for a rebound and manages to miss a layup or 2

Hayes has that deadly free throw shot. When he shoots it he gives us an advantage because the other team rolls around on the floor after he shoots it laughing. :D

Landry seriously reminds me of Jermaine O'neal only a couple inches shorter but he plays big though and if he improves his defense he will be great. What a steal !

Hayes does something pretty good and is take fouls away from Yao, especially early when Ref call a lot of cheap fouls and in the west and with a lot of Good Bigs he stop them from getting good starts.

Once T-Mac gets back he wont be as a liability in offense as he is now because he will make them pay for aggressive doubling Yao and now that Rafer is playing great and attacking successfully the basket along with believe Battier that I'm confidence he will get his game back in term of shooting %.

Let Scola, Well, Brooks and Head pick apart other teams 2nd unit, thats how we going to beat big teams.

Maybe that's why Landry was pissed when Rockets only sign him under a million beginning of the season. I think after tonight Morey has got to do some thinking about Landry's future with the Rockets!

The offense flows a lot better when he is on the bench. He hustles and play defense but not a lot better than Scola. Scola on the other side, makes a lot of difference on the offense (scoring, rebounding, and passing)

I thought Hayes looked terrible terrible in the Knicks game defending Randolf and Lee.
