Saw this on KHOU news today. Pretty nice tool. It looks at your wireless bill and analyzes it to see if you have the best plan and features or if you could do something to save money. I tried it on accounts I have with Verizon and Sprint - it says $0 savings for me which is a good result and means that your plan is the best possible for you and you are not getting overcharged.
