Unfortunate. We should have let the man play out, but Montana left the 49ers. Emmit Smith left the Cowboys. Brett Favre left the Packers. Michael Jordan came back for the . . . . . . it happens. When you're a superstar who has dominated at your game, you're always going to feel like you can play at a level your body might not be able to, and that was the case with Dream as well. He felt like he deserved the money to keep playing, it's a tough position for management to be in. Nolan Ryan on the other hand is another story.

Nice snapshot! I guess a lot of people are happy. It's bittersweet for me. Was a huge Mcgrady fan. Disgusted by his actions last season but was willing to move on from that bc I thought he could help this season. I hope DM has something up his sleeve bc I think this situation could have been handled differently. At least, we know that he is going to get traded or maybe bought out
Dude seriously just stop. It's like your rubbing it in. I was there at game 7 against Utah. We're Rockets fans. We don't need reminders of that ish.
The Astros were cursed big time after they screwed the Express over. Dream had no game left when he went to Toronto, he was injury prone and he lost his quickness. It was time to retire and Dream did retire the next year. Brett Favre is the exception, he hasn't lost his athleticism .
