Harden has already won one player's MVP...who cares about that award...it is practically meaningless. It's not that he's being shafted...its that the criteria is consistently being changed to deny him the award. The same set of rules that was used to deny it to him in 15' is not helping helping him when he is in the position of it's application. People howl triple double triple double when they can't grasp that he's 2 rebounds away. **** the coverage of this league and low IQ commentators.

Honestly, this will help pat out. He will see this, someone will show it to him and he will have more of a chip on his shoulder

It's highly likely Nene signed under the prerequisite of rest, it's why he signed so cheaply.

Bev didn't give any caveats. He made a blanket statement.

Wonder how Nene feels about that.

Amin crossed the line with the very last comment about PBev trolling him about being good enough to start in the NBA...Im gonna go out on a limb and say that Amin didnt get his job right of college either...

Other than that, Amin can say what he thinks is his opinion about rest...Its such a difficult stance, bc the games are too damn long to watch in one setting, and the NBA season really has too many games.

He used to work in the Suns' front office back when D'Antoni was coaching there. He has very little influence and is the equivalent of a D-list celebrity at ESPN.

El Hassan is a piece of **** because Nene is a 35 year old cancer survivor in his 15th season signed to the minimum to play a backup role. None of these people have endured more trauma to their body than Nene.

If Amin was such an expert at NBA history, why did he say this:

"The dude that won it averaged 50 points a game and played 48 and a 1/2 minutes a game in a 48 minute game. That's a little harder to break than a triple double."

Meanwhile, the actual MVP of the season Elhassan is talking about:

Bill Russell won MVP for that season with 18.9 ppg, 23.6 rebounds, 4.5 assists in 45.2 minutes.
Wilt Chamberlain got second place with his 50 points in 48.5 minutes
Big O was 3rd that year and we all know he had a triple double.

Boston won 60 that year, Philly 49 and the Cincinnati Royals (O's team) won 43.

This sounds like an argument for Kawhi or KD to win it, but I don't think those guys did enough to warrant value in the upper echelon of valuable. The points produced by Harden are phenomenal and he's winning at the same time. They've both missed 7 or more games and their stats just aren't elite even though their super-teams are. So I think it's a three horse race, LeBron is way back, and the winning defines differences between Harden and Westbrook.

If voters had the first pick in an all NBA draft and they wanted beat their friends on the court, not in the stat-sheet, who do they pick? That's the MVP for me and Harden will make anyone you draft behind him that much better. So that's why I think it's a landslide.

Amin Elhassan needs to do more homework and less yapping if he's going to talk about history. He can't change facts if he wants to keep his integrity. Bill Russell was the MVP, not his beloved Wilt.

Let’s start with introductions, meet Amin Elhassan: http://mashable.com/2015/11/10/amin-elhassan-espn/#wvSu3sLhjZqX .

….now go back and actually read the article.

The guy has a sport's resume few people can touch. Certainly none of you.

Secondly, if these types of conversations get you so worked up that you start attacking a person on message boards….maybe don’t watch ESPN.

Here is how it works – in the pre-show meeting, Rachel Nichols reviews the questions with her two panelist. They decide which side of the argument each of them will take. At all costs, they avoid agreeing as opposing views drive ratings. See: suffering through a decade of First Take’s Skip Bayless and Stephen A.

Bev’s comments are clearly an extension of his on-court agitation techniques. He knows he’ll be facing off with some of these ‘in-season resters’ in the playoffs, so he’s laying the groundwork now.

Amin has his opinion on Bev’s comments, you have yours.

    Stop being so sensitive.

These two things cannot coexist, logically:
    A. Westbrook is a favorite over Harden because Harden has too much help
    B. Discuss Kawhi Leonard for MVP

    But logic isn't ESPN's realm.

Starting out in field marketing for the Atlanta Hawks is the equivalent of beginning your basketball playing career in Russia. I guess he wasn't good enough to begin right away at a big network.

Is this 140 characters? I feel like it needs to be tweeted to him.
