My theory... Spoiler Negan puts a gun to Maggie's belly and tells Glenn he has to kill Daryl if he wants to save Maggie+Baby's life. He throws out Lucille and they scramble for the bat. Daryl is faster and kills Glenn. Negan laughs then shoots Daryl in the head. He then drags away Maggie to get gangraped by his Saviors and makes the rest of the group watch.
Too PG. With only rape of a pregnant woman and main characters stabbing each other. Not shocking enough.

Man, I like the show, but definitely agree on slow build up, I look forward to the chaos, and sometimes wonder if it'd be easier to watch 1 hour condensed per half
rick sounded like the governor at the end of the episode when he was advocating a preemptive strike on the saviors.
