If it's true that... Spoiler they aren't introducing Negan until the finale, these next few episodes are going to be soooo slow.
Spoiler Yes they were part of the Hilltop group. They were delivering the goods and Negan said it wasn't enough. So Negan killed one of them and kept that guys brother as collateral until the one that stabbed Gregory killed him.
Spoiler I'm ready for them to intro Negan in the next episode and axe one of the original down. A battle plan drawn and the fight start... If they wait until the finale... ARG!

if negan's people are such bad people as they sound, why not let rambo lead a one woman assault on their camp. carol will take them all out. that would be the smart thing to do.
comic spoiler: Spoiler They should really go with one of the originals. That would be like some Ned Stark type stuff. Anyone less would have less impact on making Negan be the hated character he is, and really bring home how difficult it is for Rick to turn to him later.

Yeah, very true.. I'm up on most of the comic storyline so it'll be interesting once Negan is officially here.
Spoiler How many actual 'originals' are left anyway? Rick, Daryl, Carol, Coral and Glenn? Unless I am missing someone, everyone else was picked up along the way. My guess is, either they stick with the comic and off Glenn, or maybe they substitute Carol. Or, some of the more recent regulars, like Mullet-Nerd.. he could go, and it would work for me. Or Shy Lesbian. She doesn't really serve any purpose at all.

I'd say its probably.. Spoiler Michonne that gets killed by Negan now that would be a shocker Spoiler after all, we know that people were physically upset when they read the script..so you know it has to be someone unexpected with an impact
