You are clueless. The Kingdom is the very important. Spoiler The upcoming fight with Negan, The Kingdom plays a huge part. Also, it would be interesting to see what happens with Michonne and Rick. Ezekiel is head over heals for Michonne in the comics (Rick is with Andrea).
Right, I am interested to see how this all goes down or if they do a few more different things from the comic. I really would like to skip like 20/30 issues but then the show would be close to catching up (at least after this season). I'll have to go back and look at it but don't recall how long this goes on.
To be fair, he didn't say it wouldn't be important. He basically admitted that it would be important... but that given how it is shown in this first view, he's not interested in it being important. And to piggy back on his viewpoint a bit, it does seem to be a riff on a number of "settlements" we've seen already... it's own little version of Alexandria, or the Governor's place, etc. Would be interesting to see a completely different environment as a settlement at some point.
Who's the key group now without Glenn, Abe and Daryl. Richonne and the Solo Sistas with groupies Aaron, Carl and Eugene. Would rather find Jesus and The Kingdom for awhile, myself. Not too interested is seeing a broken Rick again, with love-interest Michonne filling sorry for him. Maybe Maggie will smack him around and take over. But, let's move on for a few episode, and skip over the part where Michonne has to figuratively stroke Rick's manhood back to usefulness
I enjoyed this episode, from the opening scene when Carol was seeing double visions, to Morgan backtracking a bit on his no killing stance to King Ezekial and the Kingdom being a refuge but one not blind to the atrocities beyond the wall. Honestly a lot of good character stuff here. Only thing that annoyed me was Carol's continuing "Suzy Homemaker" act, but glad Ezekial saw through it.
Dude the spoilers are for episode discussion not for saying what happens in the future in the comics. WTF is wrong with you?
Obviously it overlapped both - possible future episodes and content of the comics. let bygones be bygones Duly noted if it annoys you. Possibly a tiny mistake but your tone could have been more forthcoming.
Regarding Ezekiel's relationship in the comic. Spoiler I think they are going away from Ezekiel & Michonne and instead they will tie Ezekiel with Carol together. I almost gave up on the comic when it got to the Kingdom story line. A tiger, really? I must admit, the CGI was pretty good with the beast. Unlike most here, I still like Carol and her story arc, it makes the Kingdom more interesting. I hope it plays out better than the comic in the sense that it would be less boring.
LOL, that's exactly how I felt. I didn't watch the entire 2nd episode....chose to watch WestWood instead. The premier was on point, which is not normal for this show....I can't remember a "powerful" episode...since maybe when they found that Sofia in the barn and bang.
yes, the Tiger was a cousin or twin of the one in "Life of PI" A real life tiger in captivity does not come close to looking like this (Ezekiel suggested it was a zoo tiger)
i mean he just posted something, that is no where close to happening on the show and god You posted about something that at this point seems so far off from happening in the show. Why you just put in your spoiler " does so and so kill Carl or does that only happen in the comics?" (I have no idea if Carl is alive or dead in the comics, this is for arguments sake) Or just spoiler all the main events of the comics that take place after Negans arrival that show is not caught up on and ask if that will happen? Sorry if I am a bit perturbed by you asking a ridiculous question in your spoiler. If you have watched any of season 7 you would know nothing like that has happened or even remotely possible at this point.
It was a good episode and set up a potential ally in the war against Negan thats coming up. I realized that the people who complain have low attention spans and just want to see constant violence, then they'll be the same ones complaining about poor character development, lol. So basically they want everyone to die and no new character development, might as well end the show now.
