There is no poison on this planet that has a constant time clock. Everyone's immune system will react differently, unless it is extremely potent having instant impact. But that is not what happened.

Walt shaking Jesse inadvertently caused Jane to turn on her back..his presence indirectly killed her..

I agree. I hated Walt for the majority of the season. Only started to pull for him after last episode. Personally, I was hoping Walt and Gus could patch things up and everyone and cook meth and live happily ever after. But obviously, that wouldn't work.

The whole poison angle came out of nowhere. Gus seems more likely to do it but it seems too much of a reach for Gus to do it, in hopes of getting Jesse to blame Walt. Plus, with Gus being a step ahead all the time, wouldn't he know Jesse knew more than he was putting on when he told Gus that the kid was poisoned? And even Walts explanation was a bit wacky. I don't see how Gus knows about ricin. Also, I would like to know how Walt got the bomb on Gus' car.

Just watched the most recent episode. Crazy stuff. That last two minutes with Gus gazing out from the parking structure was about as tense a moment as you'll get in television. And he apparently has ESP. Very cool.

I'm also not sure how Gus would've known about the poison angle. But the conversation he had with Jesse seemed to suggest he did, otherwise he probably wouldn't have backed down so fast about the cook.

One thing's for sure, it's going to be an eventful last episode. I'm sure looking forward to it.

It's fair to assume that Gus has Jesse's house bugged (where they talked about the ricin). I mean he has surveillance *everywhere*. Jesse and Walt were dumb to discuss their plans inside their homes.

i think that gus knew Jessie went to walt's house and when his goonies didn't report that Jessie had killed walt, Gus assumed Jessie and Walt were compadres again. Naturally, he became extremely cautious when Jessie started to disobey him again.

repped...thanks for that good insight. So maybe Walt poisoned the kid after all, or perhaps it was just an accident?

How accurate has these insider's vids been about tipping the character's thoughts? Because it sounds pretty clear from the video that the one of the suspected poisoners isn't guilty. So that leaves the other guy we're suspecting, or the kid randomly ingesting the poison on its own (with how random the plane crash came about, it's not that unlikely that they go this route too).

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that Walt did poison Brock and that Huell lifted the ricin cigarette. I don't think Walt gave Brock ricin, but I could see him poisoning the kid with something that would be non fatal and produce flu like symptoms.

Nobody seems to be talking about the text Walt got while he was making the bomb.. that made me think he was behind the poisoning.

That was Jesse who texted him. The scene before that showed him pulling out his phone to text someone after Tyrus tried to get him to leave the hospital.

it was jesse and the text said something to the effect of "i got his attention". i guess their plan was for jesse to force gus to come see him at the hospital and give walt the opportunity to plant the bomb. it is similar to the godfather where carlo beats connie as a way to get sunny to come to him, thus setting up the hit at the toll-booth. jesse is carlo, gus is sunny and walt is the machine gunners.

the part where tyrus tried to rough up jesse was so uncharacteristic of him - he is usually so GQ-smooth. that was like a girl-slap fight. i wonder if he did that to "pat down" jesse for a gun before bringing in gus? if that is the case then gus obviously knows something is up.

poor gus - guy had a decades long plan and a high school science teacher ruins it all.

Ah. Thanks guys. I didn't remember seeing a name on who texted him that, but I guess I wasn't paying attention close enough to the scene before.

    Can't wait for Sunday!

Edit: Did anyone pick up on how they initially knew Jesse was at the hospital? I guess we could assume they called him and he told them?

cranston was just on letterman and said that the season finale is unbelievable.

a slight spoiler but more of a tease upcoming so quit reading if you want to know absolutely nothing about the finale, but it gave me chills hearing him describe. :

He said the final scene is an exterior shot of a familiar location that fans of the show would know. No actors, no dialogue. Then, it zooms it to an object, and when we realize what it is, it will blow our mind.

I think i may now be looking more forward to this than TX/OU tomorrow.

Judging from this picture, Jesse decides to straighten up and fly right in tonight's finale.
