I wondeer if Hank will get to Gustavo's real identity through the scholarship's name (Max Arciniegas)...Gus mentioned it in the recorded interview. where's Ted Beneke been? "cooked books never end well" - A. Fastow
Juts wanted to say, I definitely watch Breaking Bad... maybe the best thing on television right now. I'm three episodes behind right now, since I just moved and my internet is slow (I'm upgrading within the next few days). But so far the show hasn't slipped much. Just great stuff all-around. I think it shows the strength of both the writing and acting that the show isn't afraid to move slowly, and linger on scenes that would have been shortened by less confident directors. This is a show that makes very good use of silence.
If I were Jesse, I definitely would not go to Mexico. I mean, why wouldn't the cartel kill him after he gave them the formula. Also, unless Gus has something else in mind, I think he's caving in too easily.. I mean, one henchman dead and he's ready to give up 50% of his operations plus the formula??? wow.
Well, Gus also has Hank on his back. If the cartel started an all out war, it'd be hard to hide from Hank and the DEA. As mentioned in the episode, he's stuck between a rock and a hard place. The henchman dying wasn't the only reason he decided to cave in.
apparently Breaking Bad is moving to ABC <iframe width="560" height="345" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/09xwj7L7-Z0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Cool. It looks like next season's Breaking Bad will Spoiler be taking place in Mexico. Well, I hope that's the case. This isn't a low quality show that should reset to square one. The story arc needs to evolve and seems like Walter and Jesse will be heading south. That's what I'm guessing...could totally be off here.
