Well...based on the trajectory of the first three seasons, each one was getting progressively more unhinged and bar-pushing, You are correct.

I’d cry too if they keep blowing up penises!! I’m going to rewatch season 3 this weekend and start 4. But if it gets too gory I probably won’t finish. I’m not into too much of that.

    Ep 3 question
Is sage lobotomizing herself as a shortcut for heavy drinking/self sabotage?

The shock check of male peepees and poopoos is like a running gag for every episode to the point where they will show you a literal running gag for uhh...the meta mega lulz.

Seems like they being Overly Obvious because they felt last few seasons were too subtle
and people were not getting it

The dead mom had a lot of work done too.

These prolonged production schedules for streaming shows are fostering unhealthy working conditions or something...

Least interesting storyline of the season that feels like a forced character plot with the whole family thing.

I tried watching but stopped after episode 2, It was boring as hell..... It sucked ass, peoples faces keep changing and their are out of ideas.... At first it was the shock factor and the gore that made it interesting alongside the other view of superheroes but every season just kept getting more and more outrages with very little to no story telling or moving the plot forward. Since they have just about exploded everything possible they have now decided to make it political for you guessed it "shock factor".... Its always been woke but I just stopped caring, boring as hell... Its just bad, started watching House of The Dragon instead which is also woke but actually good..... Will continue to watch...

It's definitely gotten repetitive. Homelander and Butcher remain the 2 most interesting characters in the show. Everything else has varying degrees of interest. I've found A-Train a more compelling character as the show goes on as well, didn't care much for him at first but they've found ways to develop him that are interesting. I find myself chuckling at Black Noir 2 as well.

I was also getting a bit bored with some of the story lines, but this was one of the best episodes in the series.
