Amazon prime day is July 16th. "Festivities" kickoff at 2:00 p.m. CST on that Monday. Supposedly some deals are actually starting today, though. Figured I'd start this thread to facilitate discussion on what's on sale, what's a good price, and what isn't. NOTE: This year, prime members will also get 10% off many items at whole foods. Amazon Prime Rewards Visa members get double rewards on up to $400 in Whole Foods purchases.
Prime day has been pretty trash since they started it from what I remember. Here's to another disappointing Prime Day!
hmm i guess need to wait to see what deals are actually available but the last year wasnt too amazing
I think the only real deals are if you want to pick up any amazon brand products. Echos, fire tv/sticks, etc. Might think about it if they're low enough, but really dont need anything.
https://techcrunch.com/2018/07/16/prime-down-amazons-sale-day-turns-into-fail-day/ What a disaster. 20 minutes into launch now and page still in a redirect loop.
I already spent way too much money on Target's glitch today. I doubt Amazon will tempt me; Prime Day has always been a letdown.
Prime day is my favorite. I love clicking on SHOP ALL DEALS to be redirected to another page telling me to click to SHOP ALL DEALS. An endless loop of fun fun fun!
The trick is to just go to departments on the search tab and find the deals on those pages. Getting it in your cart and checking out? That's a whole other ball game.
