So I can't download any songs that I bought from Amazon from their Cloud. Their CS said that cookie has to be enabled and they allow up to 8 devices. I guess the question is, if I no longer use an old computer or something, how would they know it? Is there a list where I can disable the specific device? If I used up the 8 devices, I can't use the service for download anymore from new products that I get? Thanks.
Have you always had this problem, meaning, did you register, and it worked for a while, but after to registered additional devices, it stopped? do you have more than 8 devices registered to your amazon account? there's probably a place in the account settings where you can log out of all machines. also, have you enabled cookies in your browser (as requested?)
i am at work right now so haven't tried the cookie thing yet. but my setting is to delete everything after closing the browser. maybe that's why. it just seem stupid that i can't see the list of devices. it just look at cookie and disable the download.
Go to Amazon.com Log in Go here https://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/your-account/myapps On the left hand side click "My devices" and it will show you all the devices registered along with the date. You have the option to deregister the devices
cool. awesome. i don't see any device and that's probably why it won't let me download. but at least i can manage it now.
