    Yeah, we order from Amazon 2 or 3 times a week. There have been plenty of times where we've ordered the wrong thing. I just put it back in the box, print a return label, drop it in the box at my office and my account is credited the next day.

    Best thing about Amazon customer service is you don't have to talk to anyone.
