I agree 100% they should release all the tapes ~ it makes no sense how the gov. will sometimes withhold evidence like this. It's like they want to create an atmosphere of conspiracy. We've seen the photos of the Pentagon hit and we've seen plenty of video from the towers so showing us some grainy security camera video isn't going to be too shocking, but it would end all the conspiracy.

There was a Kennedy assassination show on History Channel the other day. They made a good point that even when the government does something absolutely out of it’s character, like release everything it has on the Kennedy assassination as it did in the 90’s any nut can just start rambling on about “the stuff they kept hidden” and some people will believe there is a massive conspiracy and cover-up. Personally, I’ve never seen a speeding passenger plane crash into a building like the Pentagon. I don’t know anybody who has ever seen such a spectacle. Maybe once I’ve seen it happen 20 or 30 times, it might be reasonable for me to look at the aftermath of such an accident and make legitimate claims about whether it looks fake or not. Common sense is worthless when examining uncommon situations.
They would have to explain why they are showing it. They would just end up drawing more people into the concept of a cover-up than they convince there wasn't one by showing it. The "House Select Committee on Assassinations" hearings in the late 70's only made more people think there was a cover up.

Is the FBI upset that they were not able to confiscate that video? If we are to believe that this was a surprise attack, then why were there no senior government officials from any country in the building on 9/11? Why did all 4500 Jewish and Israeli workers that normally work there not show-up for work on 9/11? Why was American Airlines stock traded 285 times normal just two weeks prior to 9/11? How do you explain Bush’s slip-up at the December 4th Girls school conference? Where are the broken wing parts and other debris from the crash? What was the bulldozer covering up with sand immediately after the crash? How is it possible for a terrorist driven Boeing 757 able to fly with exact precision into the first floor of the Pentagon when it’s the most heavily guarded structure in National Defense? Why were no flying violation warnings sounded from air traffic control prior to the attacks? Why was United Flight 93 delayed 40 minutes? What was the object in the sky that the North Dakota National Guard shot down at approximately 11 AM on 9/11? How is it possible to perform any of the above listed attacks with exact precision without the help of remote control guidance? Is it possible that everyone onboard was gassed shortly after take-off so that the planes could be controlled by remote controlled guidance to their attack destinations? If the alleged terrorists onboard were not involved, is it possible that remote controlled drones resembling Boeing aircraft performed all the attacks? If not, how can you justify the lack airplane parts at the crash scene of the Pentagon? If remote controlled drones resembling Boeing aircraft performed all the attacks of 9/11, can it be concluded that the same technology was used to send the original four aircraft into the middle of the Atlantic Ocean where nobody will ever see them again? Why won’t the FBI release the video coverage from the security cameras at the airports of the passengers checking into the four airlines on 9/11? Finally, if we are to believe the official story that 19 Arab terrorists onboard these four aircraft performed the attacks of 9/11, then why are over 1/3 of them today still walking around without criminal records wondering why they are on the list? Why does everyone involved in National Security on 9/11 still have a job today? The only response to these questions and others from the FBI is that they cannot be addressed until the investigation is completed. Perhaps in the future, more information will be available through the Freedom of Information Act.
