Good stuff, always like the monster swats, but the faves are always the ones where they keep control of it (like two handed blocks)

Shot blocks mean more when the defending team gets the ball back, but wow, this is still the best shot block I have ever seen live. I wish HD video existed during Dream's day.

Let's make this a shot blocking thread, for the purists. As someone else already mentioned, slam dunks are awesome, but shot blocking is more exciting. Add your most exciting shot blocks. Bad forum to add Yao and Nate, but here goes to start anyway.

Maxiell's block on Chandler was awesome - because Chandler went up with both hands - so to take control away from him is significantly harder.

    Sick Blocks!
Yep, dunks are nice, but blocks are better, for a dunk you only have to jump first or jump higher, but when you do a block is more about timing.
And Hakeem was amazing doing that, I loved seeing Hakeem blocking, and Deke blocking.

    Hakeem blocking Jordan:

    Hakeem blocking Duncan:

    Hakeem blocking D. Robinson

don't roll your internet eyes at me idiot. i didn't say anything about not trying to defend those kinds of plays, i think it's the right thing to do. i'm just stating the fact that going for those, you're gonna get posterized.

Dream rejecting KJ's fast-break layup tops them all.

Are you sure it's a foul if you get all ball and then your follow through hits the player?

You know what's great about the first vid? The Lakers announcers show how professional they are. They're genuinely excited about the play.
