That was also before Amare started nailing three-pointers.

Do we play the suns in the first 2-3 weeks? I totally called this too when he got the first surgery. This kid is gonna loose it danny manning style. Amare is gonna be out way longer when they find the bigger problem during this surgery. Then everyone can whine and cry some more, "If the suns had Amare, they could have won the championship this year." They are never gonna get it, Nash is never going to win a championship. The sun's and mav's style only works in the regular season. I bet the suns are regretting trading away kurt thomas for garbage.

Does this mean they don't move Shawn Marion?

Yep Agreeded. Doesn't sound too good. These type of surgeries are usually planned well in advance. This sounds like him waking up one morning with his knee aching. =(

    WTF?

Amare is 6-35 in his career (0-3 in the latest season) from beyond the 3pt arc. The 3pt shot isn't really part of his regular arsenal of moves.

I think he's talking about those 20-footers in FIBA when USA was up by 30.

There's a different between having a solid jump shot and a consistent job shot.

He wasn't nailing three-pointers he said he was going to try and add a three point shot.
