I am still confused. Can someone explain to me how he would not know his mother was Jewish? Was he adopted? Am I missing something?
His mother could have converted to whatever religion his dad was when they got married so he is jewish by birth? IDK. While a Christian could very well argue for him to convert back for spiritual and afterlife reasons, I don't see how this is an argument stopping him from going to Israel. There is a lot of history and cultural discovery to be had in Israel, whether you're Jewish, Christian, or Muslim.
