Amare may win ROY but NO ONE would take him over Yao.

True. But Webber at GS and WASH, he was a monster on the boards.

He's calmed down a lot since being with Sac.

Smart Stern set up the whole thing

Stern has some brains, I like this guy more and more. It is obviously not helpful for Yao to get *everything this early* of his NBA career.

No matter how diplomatic yao has been being, he is still young. Do you expect that he gets all the awards, attention and keeps himself highly motivated?

Even Yao's stats are glaringly better than AS's, if I were Stern, I would try not to give Yao the ROY award. The guy already got enough praises, attention and awards. The guy was an all-star already!! Do you realize how much more value an ALLSTAR compares to ROY?!

This is a bless in disguise, we will see, very soonish.

Amare = All braun, no brains.

Yao = All brains, no braun.

    ...in 3 years.

Yao = All brains, all braun! :) Watch out Amare!
