First time I have heard about her. I can think of some people who could 'deserve' this. If making stupid decisions regarding and with your body is the qualifier, then I deserve it too. Poor girl :-(

I haven't seen or heard anyone in this thread say that she deserves it. What I have said, and others have echoed, is that she is not 100% blameless in this situation. And that there were steps that she could have taken, and didn't, to make her situation better. Her death is tragic, but she's no poster child for helpless and/or innocent victims.

So you're implying that all teenage girls do promiscuous things at least once? If that isn't ignorant, what is?

That ONE mistake spiraled into a whole bunch of stuff that SHOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED. Why don't you get THAT through your mentally challenged head.

You = pot. Me = kettle.

    1. I know lots of girls; the majority don't happen to be promiscuous ones, however.

    2. You assume that Todd is TOTALLY blameless, which isn't true in the least bit.

    3. You seem to have a majority of posts in this thread, so maybe you should put your laptop away for once.

    4. BTW, you keep feeding me with your silliness.

In her defense she was like 13 freaking yrs old, Girls naturally tend to be very naive at that age, specially when a person of the opposite sex (who she might find attractive) shows her attention and sweets talks her...

Yes she has some fault, but you have to consider the context of the situation. We're not talking about a 20+ yr old here, or even a late teen, we are talking about a young teen who was very impressionable, and from one mistake, got haunted for the rest of her short life...

I have 3 daughters, 21,10,and 3. My oldest is in nursing school, I used to always tell her about to never make final decisions on temp circumstances. I teach my kids at home, which include a 7 yr old son about the old sticks and stones. What i feel like i do best is be a parent by monitoring information. There is no closed doors in my house unless its me and mommy doing the nasty. When my daughter has a question about anything, i try to get the best information i can. I talked to my oldest about sex when she was 10 or so. I wanted her to have the most accurate info availiable. What I dont get is this so called cyber bullying.

I think because they're making a big deal about it, its really given the cycber bullies a platform. I've heard many younger people talk about cyber bullying is worse than the physical bullying type and i disagree big time. If you went to school and someone kept taking your lunch or your juice, how is that less than someone hiding behind a keyboard you don't know?

Funny thing is . . . if she had not died . . . . and did this same video
Alot of the people who are swooning over her and feeling bad about her
would be calling her an attention w****.

I thought she said that she went to a different town/school, but her past continued to follow her. I guess with cyber-bullying the bully has more of a platform. All the taunting is out in the open for thousands to see, so perhaps its more humiliating.

Funny thing . . in cyber bullying we look at the platform and amount of reach
    they person has . . .

a bully in one town . . . if you move . .. problem solved
but in cyberbullying . .they can reach you in a new town . . so it is soo much worse

    However
a person robs a liquor store and the only person who loses money is the owner
    but
in white collar crimes. . .millions lose money but the criminal will serve less time . . . .

    The world we live in . . . .
