How many M2FM trans people go all the way and have "bottom surgery?" Seems like a hell of a commitment to (I assume) lose the ability to orgasm. And although I realize we're talking about gender, this seems hopelessly intertwined with sexuality, so again.....do you know the proportion of people going all the way with that bottom surgery? And do a significant portion of those people come to regret that decision?
