I used to drink like 5 or 6 Dr. Peppers/Cokes a day. Now I just drink mostly water or Diet Sprite. Getting off the caffinated drinks gave me wicked headaches for like 3 weeks, but I'm pretty much in the clear. A good thing to do if you're trying to save money, is just buy one of those 25 packs of bottled water, drink them, and then just refill them each time at home. Yeah, you're not getting the super special dollar twenty-five per bottle water, but it really tastes the same once it's cold. That way you have bottles to take around and aren't always held up with the glasses. I am worried about drinking so many diet sodas though, I mean, they have to be bad for you on some level, right?
I don't understand why diet soda products have such a bad name? They all taste the same to me (diet vs. regular) I absolutely love them! (Especially D. Mountian Dew and D. Slice) I drink 1 gallon of water and 2 cans of soda per day. Good stuff!
