    Yellow is a weird color to incorporate. It has to be done just right. There wasn't much yellow on the old jerseys. There was just a stripe on the trim. That yellow was also darker and richer than this yellow appears to be, at least from the initial photos.

    Too much Yellow.

    The sides should have been white.

    (But if the Rockets win the title next year, or in 2011 in these jerseys, I'll love em.)

    I think the jerseys are fine... I don't really understand the numerous complaints... Most people wanted red and yellow back, so why complain that it looks like McDonalds?

    This ugliness of the way it looks now might be because of the way its hanging from the wall.

    It's the same "T" that's in the current "Rockets" jersey font. The horizontal part is shaped like a rocket.

    I don't get why people are surprised by the font. It the same as the logo that uses the full "Houston Rockets" name.

    They just used the "Houston" part instead of the "Rockets" part. We've had this for 5 years.

    It reminds me of the idea, if not the exact style, of the current jersey.

    The same reason so many action movies get made, the reason why they have awful dialogue that is easy to dub.

    It'll sell to the Asian market.

    As for me......meh. After the clown suits introduced in the Clyde/Charles era, ANYTHING is okay. And maybe they're taking that into account as well.

    It's funny that nobody seems to think rockets look like dildos anymore, since we changed jerseys and stopped putting faces on them... :confused:

    There cool...its old school meets new school

    To many complaints regarding Mcds and China....its just the color scheme and thats the same scheme that the Rox wore when they last celebrated a title so I am all for it.

    Out of all the opinions I've ever read on this board regarding almost any subject imaginable, the topics about jerseys always seem to have the most ridiculous posts. I, for one, think the alternates look pretty good. I probably wouldn't buy one over a regular jersey but I think I like it.

    Hopefully later on tonight there will be more pictures of some of the players actually wearing the new alternate uniforms, maybe they wont look so bad then

    I actually love the new alternative jersey!! Its NEW and I think they should wear those to every away game!! Idk what's not to like, it just looks weird in the pic because its on a hanger... just wait for the pics from 2nites event... I'm sure battier and scoal will have the full uni on we can decide then...

    But for now I will be purchasing a #1 or #3 jersey ;)

    I HATE the Chinese style lettering!!!!!!!!! I was hoping this would be the beginning of the end to that font. As well as our current logo.


    Other than that, it doesn't look too bad. Perhaps a bit too much yellow if anything.

    i realize they can't please us all, but i am highly underwhelmed.

    the new slogan is a whole lot better than this jersey.

    I thought the shoulder cut was skinnier in the pictures, but on Anna Meagan it looks like its the same GOOFY cut!!! :mad

    Can we get new uniforms ALL TOGETHER in a few years once Yao leaves!??
