Ok, someone needs to post some episodes of Yacht Rock now. And, FYI, Christopher Cross is from Galveston, so there's a bit of a connection.
The initial selection was Christopher Cross. I think old school metal and classic Rock is a little more appropriate than soft easy listening rock. I'm not saying you should do it, because it is a ton of work. I'm just saying that your choice in music isn't a reason why you shouldn't do it, nor is it more suspect than what's already been mentioned.
