There's nothing funnier than someone mentioning...trying to get the last word themselves. Well, I guess it's funnier when they go ahead and lock the thread.
First off, it was manny's tirade that caused that thread to be closed. See Kagy's remarks about a certain person. (not me) Manny runs around the board with his crybaby pic when he sees other people whine, but can't take it himself-hypocrisy #1. The ironic part is that Manny got tired of my b****ing about his "CD" threads, and the funny part is, I would have never posted in there at all had I not seen so many "CD" threads to begin with, and got tired of them in the first place! The irony is scathing!-hypocrisy #2. For what it is worth, like I said, I never meant for the thread to be closed. If y'all want to start another "CD" thread, I won't impose. You can start it back up right now, for all I care, and then I won't see Manny whining about his toy being taken away from him in every other thread.
Had it not been for your constant whining about those threads, he wouldn't have gone off. The moderators have never ever said anything about those threads. There's never been more than one active one at a time. Can't take what himself? It'd be hypocritical if he went into other threads and whined about them or started a seperate thread asking us to stop making those threads (when there had only been one made in the last 6 weeks). I don't recall him doing that. To my knowledge, there's never been more than one active "What're You Listening To" thread. The moderators here are great at exorcising any redundant threads. I'd generally start one every month or so and never when one was active. The one that was just closed was the first of its kind in a while and it had been around for nearly six weeks. Y'all act like we're breaching the TOS of the board by having those threas. This BBS isn't tailored to anyone's tastes. Personally, I could do without the computer threads and video game threads, but it's not my board so I don't express that in those threads. This has got to be the silliest thing ever. I fail to understand what's so hard about not clicking on a thread that you're not interested in. Why do so many people take pleasure in ****ting on other's parades? Now this thread will probably be locked too. Sorry.
