9 assists say otherwise but keep the agenda alive if fans are so biased we can just imagine the sickness ruling in the lockeroom and coming from different management cliques who had all their little nepotistic interests messed up by this phenom playing beyond anyones expectations
Another game of less than 10 points from the franchise player. Really needs to pick up his scoring "prowess."
I didn't see the game last night, but it's been clear for awhile that when teams bother to game plan against the Rockets, Sengun is the focus. If he had teammates that were good enough to keep the defense from sagging, he'd have more room to score.
Honestly when Jalen plays I see the most ganeplanning for him hence the zone d and constantly doubling him when he's the pnr ball handler. Like they ignore Sengun completely often when he's the screener. Without KPJ and Green, defenses will only have Sengun to really worry about in terms of self creation. So in the case of our starting backcourt being our, ya he's going to obviously be the center of attention. Sengun unfortunately also is the opposite of a floor spacer. He is part of why the paint area is extremely congested.
I think this season has made it abundantly clear that the Rockets don't currently have a franchise caliber player.....that's why they are still tanking. If they had a franchise quality player, they'd accidentally win too many games to consider a tanking strategy based on that one quality player alone. Right now Sengun and KPJ may be the best players on the team, but neither is franchise quality.
This team should be getting paid minimum wage for their output. Jalen Green and KPJ are spoiled brats making millions off the Rockets pathetic scouting.
And people have bashed me for saying that. We don’t have that guy yet and it’s obvious! If we did, we wouldn’t have 13 wins right now
Looney had him in a headlock those baby hooks were dead on arrival imagine if Draymond played yesterday and decided to flex on defense for a little bit reminded me of this
Stephen Silas is an embarrassment and his treatment of Alpi is beyond unfair. We get blown out all the time, Jabari plays like crap and plays close to 40 minutes, Jalen plays like crap and plays close to 40 minutes, KMJ was -24 yesterday and played 36 minutes. Alpi had the best +/- of the starters after TyTy, had 9 rebounds, 8 assists in 24 minutes, and never gets to see the court again. Not only that, Silas makes it a point to single him out for criticism after the game. He never singles out anyone else for criticism. He never yanks Jalen or KPJ or Jabari. Seriously, what is wrong with that pathetic beta of a man, Stephen Silas.
Big facts. Don't be silly, he didn't have a 5 point game (like many of his sub-10 points games) he had "nearly a triple double!"
