2 years but you are correct that Cade is overrated......Cade basically did only 10 games in his 2nd season due to injury......you could say he missed that season.
Chet missed his entire first season. Some people just don't have "it". And as general as the term is, people act like Cade is going to suddenly look like what Reed looked like in SL. You can just see it. And Cade doesn't have it. He doesn't process things at a high enough level to play the position people thought he would. And unlike Jalen, doesn't have the speed and quickness to make up for it. A good example was the game last year where there was 15 seconds left in a tie game, instead of holding for the final shot he chucked it with 8 seconds left, missed it, and the other team proceeded to hit the game winner afterwards. Compare that to Amen who consistently makes the right decision every time as a *rookie*. Sengun and Banchero play similar roles for example in being offensive hubs and one was an All Star. The other would've been if he had played in the East. Cade has been given every opportunity to succeed and has failed every time.
yeah, it is so hot. this summer was the hottest summer ever recorded you know. maybe air conditioning at gyms was not an option at holiday resorts and beach clubs i guess
Found this part interesting. Implication that at times Steven Adams might be closing games instead of Sengun. This should never be the case if Alperen Sengun is your best/franchise player.
I can see the IME deciding to go with a all defensive team line up of something like FVV, Amen, Tari, Jabari and Stevens to close out games if the team is up by like 10 pts where its a decent lead but not a blowout where poor defensive lapses could lead to a run by the opposing team. That line up would be not great at generating much offense but with a 10 pt lead with like 2 minutes left you don't really need to generate much offense anymore.
