I have had rocketchamp on ignore for a long time. He does bring up race in other contexts, but I did a search and could not find anything specifically relating to Sengun's race. May be part of the motivation (in older posts, he complains about foreigners getting preferential treatment etc.), but in all fairness, while his takes on Sengun are ridiculously stupid, I don't see anything overtly racist.

He stretched Wemby's butthole though, didn't he?

I have a feeling that booty stretching is going to be a constant theme for his doubters for years to come. :D

Real talk, Alperen and JG, and Bari/Tari/Amen, might go absolutely bonkers next season.

Rockets have scary talent and might hit on every pick.

When you use a phrase like "Pro-Sengun" unprompted you are tipping your hand that you are seeking out a divisive wedge issue.

I encourage everyone here to not take the bait, and get gaslit by the usual suspects here on Sengun.

Sengun is freaking awesome, and we as fans should be thrilled about him moving forward. However he's not perfect, and yes there is a possibility that the Rockets trade him if they make the bet that his defensive shortcomings will keep him from becoming a foundational cornerstone on a contender. As a fan, acknowledging that is not an endorsement of what the Rockets might or might not do with Sengun, so don't allow that reality to not be discussed.

Edey does look like the College Bizarro Yao Ming.

Is that the Chain Gang panel with Sheed, Gun Arenas, Kenyon and Jennings.

Gilbert Arenas had previously advocated for "getting rid of all the foreigners" or something like that.

Maybe it makes sense then to stop spamming out his hot takes to ensure he doesn't get a bigger platform. I've never once heard a Gilbert Arenas sports take until I saw you posting his takes here. I didn't even know he had a spot as an analyst somewhere out there in the sports media sphere. Did ESPN hire him to take over for Stephen A. or something? Did I miss the rise in media stardom of Gilbert Arenas??

I wasn't the one posting his take, but don't let get facts in the way of your little rants.

I followed Gilbert Arenas quite a bit during his playing days and he was mostly outspoken and had a good voice.....

It was his decisions afterwards that were red flags like carrying a gun......

Nice attempt to deflect. My post was about using verbiage that provokes a divisive wedge. It had nothing to do with Gilbert Arenas. Everyone here knows that you go out of your way to insert a wedge into the fanbase here. Yes every action has an equal and opposite action so there are trolls on the other side too.

Meanwhile Houston sports fans are deprived of actually engaging in debate just because they know that if they dare even mention the name Sengun that 100 Sengun Only or "Aniti" Sengun fanatics will jump all over them.

My post was not directed at you anyways. It was directed at those fans who feel like they can't even bring up his name because folks make it so toxic to discuss. I think they should drown you guys out personally.

The only one posting divisive stuff here is you. I was posting and reacting to Sengun content.
