At this point, I am focusing on building around the front court of Sengun and Smith. I just think that they go super well together.
I haven't watched magic games but just by general reasoning, it is not absurd. Sengun is shaping a whole offense contributing in so many different ways, not just scoring and making assists(and he is better than Wagner at those too). And how often do you find a player like sengun vs wagner? Getting playmaking from your center is so much extra value in terms of offense, this alone makes the answer easy for me. I love Sengun's passing but it gives me most joy when he goes out and finds a mismatch easily, or even points out the mismatch to other players who are not aware of it. You can look at win shares as well to see the Sengun effect. Sengun is 2 wins in a 8 win team(25% of wins contributed), Wagner is 1.6 in a 13 win team(12.3% of wins contributed).

Sengun is clearly a star and I am starting to think that he is going to end up being a top five player at some point. He is just so naturally good at this early stage.
