Glad you see that man. A lot of people attacked me just because I said he isn’t a stretch big which the stats and game tape shows. It is what it is

Just make sure you send this memo to Jalen Green.

I've been saying since last year, Green's ceiling is Monta Ellis and his floor is JR Smith but some Rockets fans pretend like he's the next Kobe.

if jalen accepts sengun as a leader and let his bbiq rub off of him they can rise to greatness together....jalen playing with alpis saviness and bbiq is a guaranteed dynasty !

It was wrong to say last year, because Jalen was more versatile/easier to build around but here's what's changed since then.

Jalen has not become more efficient, if anything he's being less effective at producing a positive outcome when he initiates this year. Alpi on the other hand has taken a leap. Good things happen when Alpi gets the ball to start the attack.

Well he hasn't developed that part of his game yet. It is only his second season. Pointless judging a players second season with other players on different teams as well because both players are in different situations, different set ups.

Sengun may one day have a consistent outside shot, but he doesn't have that at the moment. I will say that he is getting better at shots outside the paint. Last season he shot 31 percent from 10-16 feet, this season it is up to 38 percent.

Well, it's my common sense which I gathered from watching the NBA for 30 years.

I know people around here watched longer.

I don't mind your analysis, it is a small sample size though.

It looks like the 3 pt shot won't be his go to weapon, that is the only thing I can conclude now, but it doesn't need to be.

It just needs to be respectable.

If you have a problem, please free to contact GM Rafael Stone, he is responsible for picking players.

    Thank you.

Wait, you think Jokic is a stretch 5? That's how you characterize his game? Just avoid basketball discussions. Please.

Just watching the game it seems he's forcing and pressing more this year. JG and Alpi were both around 55% in TS% last year. With Jalen being a threat on more parts the floor it seemed there was more things that can happen when focusing through him.

This year that's not true as his TS% regressed, he's taking harder shots instead of working to get the team at better shot. Alpi on the other has improved is TS% by 6%. He also doesn't force it. If he has the ball with out a shot and not in a place he can make a move....he passes it right away and the offense keeps going.

Are we talking about the same Zach Collins whose head glued to the ground by Alpi, or another Zach Collins?

Silas and some guys around here thought Sengun would be Drew Eubanks-Zach Collins type of player. He is something else and these minds can not figure out. Sengun forces them to think and it makes them crazy. They have to leave their comfort zone, they have to think, they have to re-evaluate.

Difficult job, they woud rather Sengun to be benched (lob threat), to be traded (Myles Turner upgrade), to be sidelined for a while to see the potential of the team (ApacheWarrior).

Funny thing is when we enjoy Alpi success, they suffer. Dramatically.

Exactly, what is noteworthy is his attempts went down and he resorted to more post game which is his forte.

I never said anything about developing a shot. And that’s not his game. Players shoot since that’s how they have played their whole careers. Guys like Rondo and Jason Kidd shot more towards the end of their careers and evolved. Im talking about at this moment in time Sengun isn’t a stretch 5 and thats not his game as people love comparing him to Jokic. Thats all I was talking about lol

Doesn’t matter if you agree with me or not he still is a stretch 5 since he stretches defense with outside shooting. I never said that’s all he is. If that’s your interpretation then that’s on you. Again instead of disrespecting me and making haste to judgement why not be civil and ask questions. Or how about read all my posts above prior to disrespecting me. I don’t remember ever disrespecting you either did I?

Lol Kidd and Rondo were 30 or older when they developed it because they couldn't run like young bucks.
