Everybody has a reason 'to give a damn' about rockets. Only idiots think their reason is better than the others. you wouldn't give a damn about rockets if you were born and raised in los angeles.
He's instilling the rest of the team and Green is my favorite player and more relevant: he improves Sengun's game the most out of the team. Just looked at any pnr play where Sengun is the screener and Green is the ball handler and see how many wide open lanes for Sengun it creates.
I can't believe i have to explain this but here we go, maj21 dude claimed that Sengun sucks ass as he always does and i quoted him and basically said "If he sucks ass and still manages to be the best player in the team, imagine how bad the rest of your team is." It means, Sengun doesn't suck ass and therefore neither do rest of the team. I still think Green has the highest ceiling on this team but objectively Sengun had a better year than he had. It doesn't neccesarily mean Sengun is a better player or he will always be a better player.
That's fine. Just saying the wording implies insulting the rest of the team. Sengun being the most efficient and productive player last season is definitely a reasonable claim. But rewatching a lot of the games, a lot of that efficiency is a product of a very limited shot selection. Guys like Green and KPJ are often tasked with getting the ball dumped to them with less than 7 seconds left because the set stagnated and the other players instinctively go to those two because they are the most talented at "creating something out of nothing". That's going to hurt their efficiency a lot when they are tasked with that type of stuff.
Great! My comment was for people like maj who made a big deal about living in Texas, how much you love rockets etc. It is only the posters who are clueless about basketball that brings stuff like - nationality - your relationship with the rockets - where you live - how long you have been a rockets fan into the discussion. Decent posters do not talk about these. The only thing that counts is I want rockets success, as a team, not individual success for Sengun. To the contrary 'the rockets lovers' like verbal, maj and rocketschamps are okay with Sengun leaving the team even if it meant for the rockets getting worse. So who loves rockets more? I guess it is better to be a racist like Verbal or haters like maj, rockets who can't make a decent argument about basketball and love the rockets.
