It’ll also be upon him to develop his shot more, work on explosion and strength without losing his dexterity and buy into defense that Ime is instilling
i can’t believe we’re trading our franchise player for hardon. some heads will fall after this season
The sengun only fans are shaking that old man harden will come and take the title of best player from sengun.
Would have to see him play in a game that matters. Plus how different would the narrative be if philly didn’t get jobbed because silver wanted a game 7. He had either the 2 best games anyone had in the playoffs, or at worst 2 of the top 4
Probably in his home town. The facility is very outdated and there are pictures of him with some non-sports characters, probably some political figure. By the way he better work on his regular shot or floater before doing dirk fadeaway.
He will not touch Hakeem status. He just won’t. There is no wait and see about it. I love Sengun’s ability and hope he rounds his game out more. There are things Sengun will never have that Hakeem had. Pulling for the kid and believe he can potentially be very good but not sure he will touch greatness.
Would you rather cheer for a guy waving a gun on instagram live, or for a guy who goes and helps children affected by earthquakes? Would you rather cheer for a kid who is all about bling bling and "his own fashion line" or one who plays Monopoly with his little niece? I guess we all have different preferences.
https://heavy.com/sports/detroit-pistons/nba-draft-lottery-victor-wembanyama/ The Rockets could be in a similar situation with 20-year-old sophomore center Alperen Sengun, who potentially could play power forward in a lineup with Wembanyama, though the Rockets also have last year’s No. 2 pick, Jabari Smith Jr. on hand. A power forward/center rotation of Wembanyama, Sengun and Smith is conceivable. “I doubt they’d trade Sengun right out of the gate if they win the (lottery), but if they did, there were be a good market for him,” the GM said. “If they bring in some veterans, though, and start trying to win now they could easily move Sengun.”
If we don't get Wemby, should we try to get Myles Turner into our big man rotation? Would he be willing to back up Sengun and Jabari?
