More and more often these past few seasons...it's really annoying because Clutchfans was my happy place--now it kills my vibe half the time
Sengun threads and KPJ threads are polluting the GARM. They need to be Linmited to a single thread so that the haters and lovers can slug it out and keep other places clean.
they exchanged a prototypical player cf adores and worship, for sengun type player and prospered like nobody in NBA @J.R.
GARM is a mess for a while now. Just don't take it seriously. Say your piece, briefly if you can, then move on. Ignore the obvious trolls and those who rage all the time.
I would know perhaps @Ankara1923 can fill us in on it? imho it doesnt even matter for the purpose of discussion alpi can do anything sabonis does...
I see Alpi for now as a cross between Giannis and Jokic a smaller, faster more muscular, more agile and more athletic Jokic...and a less athletic Giannis with 3 X better vision, passing, dribbles, postup moves and craftiness in general...
I have an architect friend in London who has a computer program to predict the length/height of beams in projected buildings. We used that program during Euros -last summer- and found out Alp's height as 2.09 m (used other players' -Jokic,Giannis, Hermangomez,...- given height). I was not convinced Sabonis' 2.16m (7'1") NBA quoted height and asked Lithuanian people for the correct figure. The consensus was 2.12m (6'11'1/2). The difference between two players is 3 cms or 1.2" inch. The expectation is Alp to grow 2 more cms to become a solid 6'11" in two years. In that case Alp will end up as tall as Sabonis. Hopefully.
