Sengun was low energy in first q. Hopefully he picks up from there.

 

Alpi has 3 blocks. But he is way too passive on offense.

Three fouls could be troubling. Only 5 fouls in FIBA

 

46-40 half-time. I didn't get to say this earlier, but I wish they showed a replay of the 3rd Sengun foul.

 

The last foul was kind of weak, but Sengun needs to learn how to keep himself on the court. Turkey played better in the first half and deserved the lead. Nobody could stop Sengun and Turkey have a good chance if they can limit Germany from getting those offensive rebounds.

 

Good second quarter by Sengun. He is still less impactful when he can't playmake. Germany did a good job on that end and the rebounds. Wagner has been excellent.

 

Defender was right under the basket, in that circle, but that's the nba rule.

 

Germany finna come out launching their v-2 rockets and god knows what else. Keep it together, Turkey. Don't fall in love with the three and you'll be fine*


*Unless Alpi gets his 5th foul.

 

I know he is in foul trouble, but starting the half without Alperen might not have been a great idea.
