and on defense whenever hakeem would have blocked a shot there wouldnt be no teammates near to pick up the rebound...it would always end up in a putback basket
I wish Sengun would have been given a chance to start since it's obvious it's difficult for this team to win. He's one of the few players that the per 36 works well with. The only defenders who shut him out were Turner and Embiid. Sengun would lead all rookies in pts, rbds and 1 below a pg in assists. Cray cray. Here is the more important part: with Sengun being such a willing passer, it would result in a couple of more drives for Green to dunk, lay up or miss lay up, which would then give Green 3.5 more points to his total at 18 pts per game. But hey, let's go with Wood and Gordon at C/PF because Silas doesn't like running Wood and Sengun together not like he wasted the first 15 games of the season throwing out the TW lineup.
He got destroyed by Mitchell Robinson too, in no small part due to the ~30 minutes he put in the previous night. I kind of like Sengun getting to beat up on 2nd units. Start him and play him for longer his effeciency woll go down and you're going to see "Alperen Sengun Experience" threads. Note, i think Wood should go anyway, i just think Sengun has a lot more work to do here than people think (and no doubt, people will turn against him if he dares disappoint on a random Tuesday against the Kings lol)
lololol rockets buying a lottery tickets chasing 0.0000005% chances to detriment of actually learning something and hiring the right personnel... any gain you might achieve by losing even more games will be more than negatively offset by incompetence to work with top players you draft... if you have terrible coaching and development staff it doesnt even matter if your drafting ekspertize is top notch and who you draft

I'll go out on a limb and say that it's a combination of the entire country of Turkey and a few Rockets fans. Either that or hakeem94 is blowing his entire family fortune on Sengun merchandise.
