We can run 4 guards on the court at once, we can only run one big. If, in an alternate universe Sillas could only play 1 guard and 4 bigs at once, Jalen would be getting 10 minutes per game. It's just the way it is. Sengun will get his time once Wood is moved. In the meanwhile, I hope you aren't advocating that Jalen gets benched... he needs the minutes he's getting.
Running 4 guards is the reason we get out rebounded and can’t guard anyone. It’s not effective with this personnel. Alp needs minutes too, just as much as Green does.

Well I agree with this sentiment, but it's only a valid complaint if they shared similar positions/role. Sengun definitely deserves more pt, but Silas wants wood and is afraid to hurt the big man's pouty feeling. Didn't u see the tweet about how he didn't feel comfortable playing wood and sengun? Eric Gordon doesn't care if he gets less mins or different position. A tru professional who we will trade at the right price. If u want to develop a player he needs mins = tru. The one at fault is mostly silas
Silas has been stunting Sengun's development and has been terrible in getting Green to improve. Silas demotivated and frustrated Garuba. It's time for Silas to go.
