Of course they knew what they were doing: Being pawn of the FO. Apparatchiks of the certain society. Useful ones.
Even if Alperen isn't the best player on the team right now, he may well be the best player when he's as prioritized as Green and KPJ. You'd have to be crazy not to see this. He still has its shortcomings but even seeing how much he has improved since last year is encouraging. I've been branded SOF for my username on this forum most of the time, but I'm realistic and say that he's still not the big superstar they've been talking about, but it must be admitted that he is definitely not prioritized as much as KPJ and Green, especially by coach and management. I can understand why he's not prioritized as much because Green has a big potential and was a long-awaited third-place pick for Rockets fans, but positioning KPJ before Alperen is a real mind-bending one.
I have mentioned this problem before. Rockets perimeter defense is probably the worst defense in the league and opponents are always vulnerable to the basket. That's why the whole load is on the centers. This makes most positions untenable. Bring the best defender and rim protector if you want, maybe it will be better but it will never be very good because Rockets guards can't defend.
lol at green having a big potential as if alpi doesnt have a big potential...potential is just an empty word for people to favor their pets...potential or a ceiling is not a real thing just a thought in peoples heads eg nobody ever thought 10 years ago that dray klay and steph had a goat dynasty potential....yet here we are
I’m not opposed to bringing in a Denver assistant for a HC position on this team. I’m very impressed with AlP
Post game question to Silas: Who were you happy with today? Silas: Eric and KJ Martin. This guy despises Sengun lol
