Need to make self available to score , or develop a jumpshot … or whatever else SOFs like to say about Jabari starting the year
It’s like when a no name Guard would go off on the Rockets and score 30 while being guarded by harden. You can’t play Vecevic every single game
I mean if he can’t post up a 6’3 Marcus Smart … or 6’6 Grant Williams … and end up with 0 points then maybe aliens stole his skills for the night Lmaoo
Keep boxscoring pal. The Rockets played through Sengun in 1st quarter and they were competitive, played iso ball the rest of the game and got their asses kicked by 24.
I don't think Sengun has the conditioning yet to be the player we want him to be, my guess is he had tired legs. I always go back to last year where Gerald Green as a 35 year old development coach was running cirlces around him and they were trying to get him to push. I think he will get there if hes got the work ethic, have not heard from any insiders about stuff like work ethic since the dramatic fans scared the real ones away long ago.
Those damn Monstars from Space Jam paid Sengun a visit after what he did to Jordan's former Bulls squad
It's not Rocket Appliances. Sengun gets rattled when they play really scrappy against him and he doesn't get calls. There was a play in the first quarter where Sengun flopped so hard, the entry pass straight up got stolen. Sengun needs to calm his t*** when calls don't go his way, sometimes you just gotta suck it up and go to the next play. Not everyone is as soft as Vucevic.
No just people who were working professionals within the league, It was the lin only fan era which pushed them away. They took the time to give us fans info we wouldnt otherwise have, as a courtesy fan to fan. This type of behavior from SOFs and LOFs is what makes the forum toxic, and a waste of time for people who were doing us a favor. There is no sense in them arguing with idiots, so they left. LOFs didnt understand who they were, and picked fights with everyone. Don't blame them for leaving. CFs use to have some of the highest quality fans and info for any pro sports team, we've lost a lot of that.
"That Turkish kid really helped us nail down a W last night! Let's make sure we don't try that again."
It's an ok bad game for him to have at this stage of his career, but it's something he has to learn. It's also hard because he can only score on the interior. Once he has a 3pt shot he will be able to at least take his man outside and create lots of space. Second night of a back to back against possibly the best team in the NBA. It can be excused as long as he bounces back.
Fair, but lack of conditioning is on the coaches, and one way to improve conditioning is to gradually play him more minutes.
There is no reward/punishment system… that’s part of the problem. KPJ is always prioritized no matter how he plays. I don’t think this situation can be maintained for long term.
