is luka hakeem? is yanis hakeem? is lebron hakeem? you think sengun is a dumb player? or selfish? lacks vision? you think he wont pass to an open man? tell me why sengun every time down the floor is a terrible offense other than you thinking inside the box....and being addicted to silas/kpj trash and jalen chucking.... GRAVITY MAN GRAVITY....
The kid showed what he can do, big time. Some folks were ready to toss him into a deal, trade him away, just giving up on the 20 year old Turk. Lunacy. The young fella just needs the minutes. His teammates are figuring out how to play with him. Green sure is, Smith is, Eason is, old Gordon, unsurprisingly. It's a trip, a great part of watching a young team come together, discovering what they can do. Sure is fun to watch. It was last night.
I'd suggest that there is no single stat that could be used compare a guard, a wing, and a big and produce a definitive answer about who is 'best'
I think Sengun is easily shut down with a disciplined big man that is athletic and quick....ala Looney.....and in matchups like that we wouldn't be successful. DD
lol then somebody set screen for sengun to get rid of looney....i guess this is too complicated bb for you? btw i dont think any player can guard sengun...but just for fun how many looney types there is in nba? it doesnt make sense not to run an uber efficient offense and run a trash instead just because of certain matchups...because in certain matchups errybody gonna struggle btw didnt watch gsw game but didnt loney fouled out and rockets did have success when sengun initiated offense in that game? at least i read tweets with that content
Martin is more advanced at this point of their developments. Martin is a better finisher, more consistent shooter. Eason is a high energy scrappy guy who creates chaos on both ends of the floor. It makes sense to play Martin ahead of Eason. But Eason needs to get more minutes. Gordon should not be there at all.
Now imagine if he didn't have "below average athleticism", wasn't a "defensive liability" and didn't disrupt the "flow" of the offense...Then just maybe we wouldn't have to trade him.
Run all bench unit offense through Sengun. Run all starter offense through Green (until it stops working
