Obra has very few rules and very many plays.
Simple rules like "you're being paid millions; don't be an imbecile" or "don't be a ballhog."
You show up on time for training, you learn the plays, give it your 100% during games, be respectful to others and that's it.
Even though his temper's infamous and he has no reverse gear in confrontations, I have never heard of a player who didn't like him.
